Dear William Brooks Elementary Families,

I am excited to welcome you to the 2025–2026 school year! As the new principal of William Brooks, I feel truly fortunate to work alongside such a dedicated staff, engaged families, and wonderful students. It is a privilege to serve this school community, and I look forward to a fantastic year of learning and growth together.

Supporting students, families, and staff is at the heart of my work. I am passionate about education and committed to creating a learning environment where every student feels safe, encouraged, and inspired to succeed. I take great pride in the academic and social-emotional opportunities we offer our students, and I believe in fostering classrooms where students are empowered to take risks, think critically, make mistakes, ask questions, and be themselves.

Building strong relationships is a key part of student success. Whether it’s greeting students in the morning, visiting classrooms throughout the day, or joining them at recess, I make it a priority to be present and connected on campus. These daily moments allow me to better understand the needs of our students and help create a school culture rooted in care, respect, and collaboration.

I also believe that schools are strongest when families and staff work together. We are all partners in your child’s education, and open communication is essential.
